- Senior Associate:
We are looking for a technically oriented individual who is self-motivated, possesses strong statistical, analytic, programming and interpersonal skills, and can work in an unstructured entrepreneurial environment. A successful candidate should possess flexibility, a curious intellect, organizational skill, and the ability to apply technical concepts and conclusions to business problems. Further, a candidate needs to be able to present these technical concepts and conclusions to business managers.
At minimum, a candidate should be proficient in C++ and Visual Basic (programming experience in SAS is especially desirable). Given our flexible and rapidly changing environment, the candidate must be willing and able to learn new languages and software tools as needed. The candidate will have opportunity to play a major role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of production and MIS systems for a fast-growing component of our business.
