Evaluated portfolio management policies and practices
and their effect on business profitability at national
and regional credit card issuers. Recommended changes

Assisted regional U.S. bank's launch of new bankcard
business. Advised client on all aspects of introduction
and developed initial credit policy and scoring system
for new customers.

Developed collection strategy that identifies the next

and behavioral scoring systems for bankcard, telecommunication,
and collection agency businesses.

Developed profit-maximizing credit limit assignment
strategy for major U.S. revolving lender.

Developed custom credit bureau preference table that
identifies the most cost effective credit bureau to
use in each geographic region for major credit card
